Full capability of producing plywood boards

• The electric Dryer with 24 meters runway, the heat source is steam. To dry the veneer to the desired humidity level.

• 20 hydraulic pressing machines and 2 high-frequency pressing machine. Can load up multiple moulds on each machine. The steam is applied to speed up the adhesion.

• The forming mould is made by casting Alumina, CNC machined. It won’t be deformed. The endurance is much better than the wooden mould. It can be used for several decades

• Both E1 and E2 glue are available per customer requests.

• The pressing test performed on each plywood board to verify the strength.

• The production capacity: 600 m³/month
